Workforce Development Business Grants & Schemes 

SME members learnt more about the grants and schemes from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Spring Singapore last week at SiTF’s second SME clinic.

The speakers provided information on the key workforce development programmes that SMEs can use for staff training to raise employee skills and productivity.

  • Funding for NICF/CITREP Courses

  • Capability Development Grant (CDG)
  • SME Talent Programme (STP)
  • Success Stories of STP recipient

Mr Caesar Tan from Lithan Academy shared the training practice in cost effective talent development via WDA Support.  

The WDA and SPRING speakers also answered questions and advice to the participants

More than 30 SME members attended the second SME Clinic. The first was held last October. The SiTF hopes that through this series of workshops, more companies will know what workforce development grants and schemes they can tap to improve their employees’ workforce.
