Drones are extremely popular in today’s environment. There are many applications of drones that improves our way of doing things such as in construction, photography and delivery.

Drones have been used in education because of their intrinsic value of letting the kids apply what they have learnt in the classroom to hands-on project that reinforce concepts in Science and Maths. Moreover, it helps to cultivate interest in these subjects and make what they study relevant.

Children will have all the fun while learning the following:
  • Science concepts like Gravity, Aerodynamics and Mass
  • Applied Maths concepts like measurements, symmetry and areas
  • Engineering skills to designing and integrating electronic circuits
  • Computational skills in basic flight programming for autonomous flight

Course Details
Duration: 9:30am to 11:30am (2 hrs) - 8 Saturday sessions
When: 10 September 2016 (conducted over 8 Saturday sessions)
5 November 2016 (conducted over 8 Saturday sessions)
Min class size: 10 kids
Age: 9 to 13 years old
Price: $880 per child (including GST) for 8 sessions - payment advice will be sent out upon class confirmation 
Inclusive of 1 x DIY 10cm micro-drone kit


To register, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Kindly log in / create new account in this website via the top right corner log in box.
  2. After log in, you will see a registration button at the bottom of the event registration page.
  3. Click on 'Register Myself' button to register.
  4. Under Program section, choose the desired workshop date and enter number of workshop passes for your children and click 'Add' button.
  5. Enter your children's full name and age in the text box and click 'Save Response'
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Proceed to checkout' to confirm your selection.
  7. Review the shopping cart and click 'Submit Order' to confirm your registration.
  8. You will receive an email notification for this registration.
  9. When the minimum class size (5 pax) is met, we'll notify you the details to make payment online. Once payment is made, your registration is complete.
